About these terms

These terms cover anthonyowo.com, operated by EO Distribution Limited, trading as Anthony Owo. Our business details include our registered information. Use our contact form for bookings, cancellations and complaints. You must be 18 or over to submit a dream or business enquiry, or buy a consultation. This age restriction does not prevent you from contacting us about your rights.

Anthony 1-to-1

£499 for a private, one-hour consultation, with personal or business advice, a page or livestream review where relevant, practical recommendations and the advertised bonus livestream guest appearance. This is a single purchase, with no subscription. The total payable is shown before checkout.

After purchase, we will contact you to agree a suitable call date, time and format, and arrange the guest appearance. Payment does not reserve an immediate appointment. If we cannot agree a suitable date within a reasonable time before the service begins, you may cancel for a full refund. Your booking is accepted when we send an acceptance confirmation; an automated payment receipt alone is not acceptance.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Advice is tailored to the information you provide, but results, earnings and business growth are not guaranteed. The consultation does not replace regulated legal, financial or medical advice. Private calls will not be recorded without a separate agreement.

Cancellations and refunds

If you buy as a consumer online, you normally have 14 days to cancel, starting the day after your contract is made. Send a clear cancellation statement using our contact form or the postal address in our business details. An optional cancellation form is available there, but you do not have to use it.

If the service has not started, we will refund you in full within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without a refund fee.

We will start within the cancellation period only at your express request. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for services already supplied may apply only where the law allows and we gave you the required information. You lose the cancellation right only once the whole package has been performed and you expressly agreed beforehand and acknowledged that consequence. Buying a consultation does not itself waive this right.

For a later cancellation, missed appointment or rescheduling request, let us know as soon as possible. We will try to agree an alternative. Any charge or deduction must be fair, reflect our actual net loss and account for costs saved or the slot being rebooked; the fee is not automatically forfeited. If Anthony cannot deliver, we will offer an alternative or refund the undelivered service. Your statutory remedies remain available if the service is not provided as agreed.

Dreams, enquiries and The Vault

Sharing a dream is free. No purchase is required or improves your chance of being selected. Anthony may choose to support selected submissions; submitting does not guarantee a response, selection or support. Any support offered will be agreed separately. Sending your story does not give us permission to publish it or use it in marketing.

A Work with Anthony enquiry does not create a partnership or other contract. Any work requires a separate agreement. Applications to The Vault are subject to its eligibility rules and terms: apply to the region where your TikTok account is based. External platforms have their own terms and privacy notices.

Information and conduct

Provide accurate details and only share material you have permission to use. Do not send unlawful, abusive or infringing content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Website content belongs to us or its licensors; personal viewing does not transfer ownership or commercial reuse rights.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

English and Welsh law applies, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available where you live. Raise any concern using our contact form so we can try to resolve it. Updates apply to future use and bookings, not retrospectively to an existing contract without a lawful agreement. You can save or print these terms for your records.
